Social events
Thursday afternoon is allocated for social activities. This allows attendees to be tourists in the truly wonderful city of Edinburgh. There will be a range of activities to choose from. We are planning some unique Edinburgh social activities, including:

There will be something to cater for everyone! We hope the sun will shine, but it’s always wise to bring a raincoat in Scotland, just in case!
Notice: We have now circulated a Google form via email to record you activity preferences. Please fill this out by Thursday 4th September. Note that the social activities are included in your registration fees (no extra costs required). You will get packed lunch from the conference venue at 12:50pm and head out to one of the above activities. This will be followed by a very Scottish-filled evening at the conference dinner at from 6pm.
Above you will find some general information about the activities, but note that we will provide specific information when allocations are made.
We will allocate on a first come first served basis and while we will do our best to accommodate your preferences , please note that spaces for certain events are limited and we may not be able to fulfil all requests. We will aim to get back to you with your allocation by Thursday 11th September.
