If you are interested in our satellite workshop on simulating breeding programmes, you will be able to book that as an add-on during registration. Please note that the workshop will take place on September 15th and 16th, before the conference!
Abstract submission

The Organising Committee encourages all Conference Attendees to submit abstracts before June 15, 2025. The submitted abstracts will be revised by the International Scientific Committee. All accepted abstracts will be published in a digital Book of Abstracts.
During the submission process, you will be able to indicate whether you would like to give an oral presentation (depending on time slots availability, subject to selection by the scientific committee) or present a poster. Time constraints on the meeting may mean that some authors who request oral presentations will be asked to present a poster instead. We particularly encourage early career researchers to submit abstracts.
Instructions for oral presentations
We foresee a timeslot of 15 minutes for your talk, including 13 minutes of presentation and 2 minutes of discussion. Please be aware that the chairpersons have been requested that speakers adhere strictly to the time schedule.
Instructions for posters
Posters will be displayed during the three days of the conference. Panels for poster display and materials for hanging the posters will be available at the conference venue. The poster boards will be suitable for A0-sized posters in portrait orientation (120 cm tall, 85 cm wide).
